General Terms and Conditions


I.

Basic Provisions

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") are issued in accordance with § 1751 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as "the Civil Code").

(hereinafter referred to as "the Seller")

These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations of the Seller and a natural person who enters into a purchase agreement outside of their business activities as a consumer, or within their business activities (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer") through the web interface of the online store (hereinafter referred to as "the Online Store").

The provisions of the Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the purchase agreement. Deviating agreements in the purchase agreement take precedence over the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions and the purchase agreement are concluded in the Czech language.


II.

Information about Goods and Prices

Information about goods, including the prices of individual goods and their main characteristics, is provided for each item in the online store catalog. Goods prices are listed including value-added tax and all related fees.

All presentation of goods in the online store is informative in nature, and the Seller is not obligated to conclude a purchase agreement regarding these goods.

The online store publishes information about the costs associated with packaging and delivery of goods. This information applies only to deliveries within the Czech Republic.

Any discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and the Buyer.


III.

Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

The Buyer places an order by filling out the order form without registration.

When placing an order, the Buyer selects the goods, quantity, payment method, and delivery method.

Before submitting the order, the Buyer is allowed to review and modify the data. The Buyer submits the order by clicking the "Pay" button. The data provided in the order are considered correct.

Upon receipt of the order, the Seller sends the Buyer an order confirmation to the Buyer's email address. The purchase agreement is concluded by the Seller's confirmation of the order.

In the event of an obvious technical error in the price, the Seller is not obligated to deliver the goods at the incorrect price.


IV.

Payment Terms and Delivery of Goods

The Buyer can pay the price of the goods and delivery costs by the following methods:

  • cashless payment by credit card

  • in person

Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the order or by personal collection, if permitted.

The Buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon receipt of the goods. In case of packaging damage, this fact must be reported to the carrier.

Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer upon payment of the full purchase price and acceptance of the goods.


V.

Withdrawal from the Contract

A Buyer who has entered into a purchase agreement as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Withdrawal from the contract must be sent to the Seller's email address. The goods must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal, unworn, undamaged, and, if possible, in their original packaging.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.

The Seller will refund the funds no later than 14 days from receiving the returned goods.


VI.

Rights from Defective Performance

The Seller is responsible to the Buyer that the goods are free of defects upon receipt. The Buyer has the right to claim defects within 24 months of receiving the goods.

The Buyer may demand repair, replacement, a reasonable discount, or withdrawal from the contract in accordance with the Civil Code.

A claim will be handled no later than 30 days from its submission.


VII.

Delivery

The contracting parties may deliver documents to each other via electronic mail.


VIII.

Personal Data Protection

The Buyer's personal data are processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy document.


IX.

Out-of-court Dispute Resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) is responsible for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The Buyer may also use the EU ODR platform.


X.

Final Provisions

All legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.

The Seller may amend or supplement the text of the Terms and Conditions.
